I was hired by a local telecommunications company to provide technical services to their clients. We had a lot of clients from small businesses to enterprises. I was answering emails from each of their IT or Technical Department and provide resolution for their concerns. I also monitor and troubleshoot technical difficulties with their network, Cloud Storage, Google Apps Subscription, Office 365, Website traffic, Machine-to-machine services, and Telecommunication services.
